Customer Service Professional

Adecco is currently hiring for a Customer Service Professional to work a 100% remote for our client located in Montreal, QC. To qualify for the Customer Service Professional role, you must have excellent communication skills and must be a team player, with a positive attitude, and is self-motivated

Our client is a large, reliable, and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 12- months full time contract, paying $17.09 /hr. (all inclusive)

Bilingual Customer Service Professional Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of service to external and internal customers for all the client’s mainstream products and/or knowledge of a specialized function
  • Respond to all customer service inquiries, answering a standard number of calls and related investigation work by following set procedures and utilizing administrative expertise
  • Ensure positive and effective relationships are maintained with customers
  • Act as primary contact for customers’ requests by researching the problem/issue through interaction with multiple internal departments to find the appropriate information and solution
  • Proactively work to identify and correct customer issues, resolve customer complaints and concerns, and coordinate with other staff and departments as required
  • Bilingual Customer Service Professional Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school required
  • Previous experience customer service or contact center environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of financial services, insurance products, retirement products and services needed
  • Fluency in English is mandatory however French is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent customer service negotiation skills with the ability to maintain a positive customer relationship in a very difficult situation
  • Strong time management, interpersonal and communication skills required
