Job Description:
As a Group Retirement Contract Coordinator, you will gain experience working on GRS clients new and updated contractual documents. You will work with internal partners such as Legal, Client Relationship Executives and Implementation Project Managers and sometimes directly with clients. We are looking for an experienced professional with a good understanding of GRS, a strong understanding of pension legislation, problem solving skills, and a strong focus on customer service.
What will you do?
Responsible for handling end to end process and interactions related to creating and updating plan contracts for new and existing clients; and creating member booklets within our service standards.
•Support Documentation team inbox to ensure work items are indexed so they are handled within service levels
•Communicate with Business Development, Implementation team members, Legal, Compliance and Plan Sponsor/Advisor
•Manage cases within our set service standards and ensure that legislative requirements are completed on time
•Produce and revise high-quality plan sponsor contracts using master templates •Analyze simple contractual customization made by clients, their consultants and lawyers for compliance with Sun Life policies and business requirements
•Participate actively in all aspects of the Brighter Way Management system including huddles, GEMBA, Continuous Improvement and problem-solving meetings
What do you need to succeed?
•Bilingualism (French, English) required- interactions with English-speaking customers or partners
•Good knowledge on group retirement products, legislation and contractual obligations
•Being team oriented and collaborative
•Enjoy and excel in a fast-paced environment
•You have excellent PC skills and know your way around Word

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
