Located in downtown Montreal, our hotel newly renovated 614 rooms and suites, as well as our 23 meeting and banquet rooms.

In order to cope with a constantly changing market, we are looking for a candidate that will provide our customors with an innovative, unique and memorable experience.

Under the direct responsibility of the Restaurant Manager, you will supervise all kitchen operations from purchases to the final product.
