We are currently looking for an SAP HR Functional Analyst in hybrid mode for one of our clients located in the east of the island.
The ideal candidate must have worked with Success Factory for at least one year and have already experienced the implementation of HR systems.

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Analyste fonctionnel SAP RH en mode hybride pour un de nos clients situé dans l’est de l’île.
Le candidat idéal doit avoir travaillé avec Success Factory pendant au moins un an et avoir déja vécu une implantation de systèmes RH.
– Propose, design and validate SAP solutions within the framework of IT projects and develop the work and actions to implement the solutions that meet the needs, within the required deadlines.
– Estimate and validate the efforts required for the development of the solution.
– Document the solutions according to the methodologies used (Solman, etc.).
– Write and validate functional specifications for developments and various change requests.
– Identify if external resources are required to deliver the identified developments.
– Configure the different SAP HR modules used: OM and Benefits.
– Configure the different modules of SAP Success Factors used: Recruitment and Performance.
– Write, carry out and validate unit tests (functional tests), integrated tests, regressions and/or systems, from test cases to results.
– Maintain system documentation.
– Develop and update training material when necessary and train users when required.
– Act as a level 1, 2 and 3 resource person in the SAP HR field of expertise with the HR, Payroll and Operations departments.
– Design control tools and management indicators from SAP and/or Success Factors
– Perform data integrity checks in the system, analyze the results and make corrections to both processes and user knowledge.
– Assign security roles and permissions to users and keep the list of information up to date.
– Open tickets at SAP and apply corrections.
– 5 years of experience in the configuration of the modules of the HR suite of SAP.
– Experience with SAP Success Factors (modules: recruitment, performance (an asset))
– SAP Payroll, Time management experience (an asset).
– Ability to quickly diagnose and solve problems, identify opportunities and make recommendations in a complex environment.
– Experience with the use of interfaces.
– Rigor and concern for quality.
– Know how to carry out the projects entrusted to him, respecting deadlines and budgets.
– Results and action-oriented.
– Able to communicate effectively.
– Great ability to develop well-argued cases and to propose innovative solutions.
– Ability to work in unpredictable conditions and to handle several files simultaneously.
– Knowledge of CONCUR (an asset).
