Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Commercial Services Officer to work a 12-month contract at a leading global mining group in Montréal, QC. In this role, you will streamline and guide how the company invests in and harnesses technology for Commercial by modernizing and digitizing the manual processes, addressing pain points, and focusing on initiatives to improve customer experiences.   • Shifts: Monday to Friday
  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary | 12-month contract

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of contract and sales orders, invoicing, trade finance, and logistics for Non-Bulk Atlantic businesses
  • Perform day-to-day Commercial Services operations such as contract and sales order entry, shipments and invoicing
  • Participate in initiatives that can bring additional value or improved experiences to our internal/external stakeholders
  • Apply standard documentation process and performance clauses (SLA’s) to ensure customer and contract obligations are fulfilled
  • Manage month-end reporting activities

    • Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related fields, or equivalent work experience, is needed
  • Knowledge of SAP is a must
  • Should have a deep knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingualism is preferred but not required
  • Able to work in a multi-product environment and standardize processes
  • Should be adaptable to change and evolving deadlines
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
