Are you a strategic salesperson who can implement business development plans and sales strategies that result in increased revenue?

We are currently recruiting for a Branch Sales Manager to lead one of the country’s biggest regions. As sales manager, you will oversee the Montreal branch staff while focusing a minimum of 50% of your time on direct sales efforts. You will actively grow the business and improve profitability of the branch location by cultivating a market plan, understanding client needs, developing recruitment strategies and enforcing a culture that recognizes results and encourages fun.

Your priorities will include:

New business development: through your own efforts and the efforts of your team, you will establish and continue to cultivate a plan for new business growth.

Team Management: Manage daily operations, with a focus on leading the team to grow local market share and deliver exceptional customer service.

Leadership: Fostering a positive environment; walking the talk, encouraging success, recognizing employee achievements, encouraging excellence, investing in your team’s growth, and development are all part of successful leadership at Drake.

Client retention and expansion: taking an active role in understanding client business needs and associated Drake solutions, you will ensure the retention and expansion of current accounts.

Office management: General branch office management, including coordinating equipment maintenance and repair and ensuring office maintenance and improvements.

Your education and experience include:

  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 – 7 years’ progressive sales experience in a staffing and recruiting agency a MUST
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making skills
  • Fully bilingual in English and French
