A well-known payment solutions company with a collaborative and funny work environment, located in the heart of downtown Montreal, is looking for a Account Executive – Telesales B2B, with 2 – 3 years experience and a great knowledge of B2B sales strategy.

Job description:

  • Prospecting of new clients and discussion about the benefits of switching to company solutions;
  • Negotiation with clients to close deals for monthly targets;
  • Offering of the free rate analysis;
  • Making sure that clients are aware of the industry specific concepts;
  • Use of good sales strategies and industry’s best practices;
  • Collaboration with other departments to have access to setup, pricing or other information;
  • Use of innovative selling practices to uncover customer needs.
  • Management of a client database of up to 50 clients and more;

Job requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English;
  • Secondary 5 or post-secondary education is an asset;
  • 2 – 3 years B2B sales experience in a call centre environment;
  • Great understanding of B2B sales strategy;
  • Good objection and stress handling;
  • Good computer skills and ability to learn new programs;
  • Excellent negotiation skills and customer-focused mindset;
  • Strong organizational and tight deadlines management skills;
  • Motivation, ambition and autonomy;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in fast paced, changing market conditions.
